Working Win - help with finding and keeping a job for people with a physical or mental health condition
Working Win supports people with health conditions to find work, and to stay in or return to employment. A specially trained team of experts will work closely with you to encourage you to build on your strengths, to feel settled and to flourish in your new role.
If you are either struggling in work, or would like support to find a job, get in touch for one-to-one support to manage your wellbeing, and to stay well in work. You will also have access to debt and benefits support, a free Westfield Health package, support from a team of qualified health professionals, and more.
You can apply for Working Win as long as:

you live in Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley or Bassetlaw

you are aged 18 or over

if you have a physical and/or mental health condition

if you are unemployed and looking for work, or
-
if you are working and want support to continue working, or if you are off work sick, and want to return to work
We will allocate you a dedicated employment specialist to:

help you with job applications, CVs and interviews to find work that matches your skills and strengths

support you to continue working and manage your health at work offer to meet with your employer to talk about your needs at work

support you to apply for grants like Access to Work
-
put you in touch with a team of qualified health and wellbeing coaches

point you in the right direction for advice on debt, benefits and employment law advice.
We will work you in whatever way suits you the best and can give you the flexibility to meet up in person, talk over phone or arrange video appointments
